ok i am finally starting to find some kind of order in my daily existence here (my room is still messy but one thing at a time...) and i have finally learned how to play with digital photos and computers which is a huge step for me. so i thought i would start this blog as a way to stay in constant touch with the family. i also have further hopes for a larger internet family network. you can sign on if you want and create your own blog (by the way---blog=weblog) connected to this one and then all of our adventures and stories or thoughts can be in one place. i know that melissa and ryan will be into it without too much coaxing! just imagine.....getting on the internet and logging on to a site where you can hear about what rachel and cowboy did at school today and look at photos of ryan's new apartment or read about farmer katelyn's day. this is my vision.

so i'm gonna try and start it off with a bang. nick got a digital camera from his dad when we were in san fransisco and we went crazy. which essentially means we have exorbiant amounts of photos of ourselves. and lots of the ocean. oh yeah and some trees. it's really such a shame we didn't have it when we were in washington with katelyn but....oh well.

this first post is going to be picture heavy so i hope you enjoy. i think i 'll divide it up because this is already getting somewhat long. but i'm going to try to post all the photos from alex and katie's visit (sososososo much fun) tomorrow. so keep checking this thing and please please respond and comment and start your own! love you all bunches.
